We present the case of a patient with history single ventricle tricuspid atresia, double outlet left and hypoplasia pulmonary artery ring. The was treated Glenn's surgery at age 7 16, received fenestrated extracardiac Fontan surgery. After 1 month she presented severe hemoptysis without adequate response to medical management.
