This study reports the isolation and characterization of six novel tetrahydroxanthone derivatives, paraconixanthones A−F (1−6), a new diphenyl ether (7), thirteen known compounds (8−20) from endophytic fungus Paraconiothyrium sp. AC31. The chemical structures were elucidated using NMR, MS, X-ray diffraction, ECD analyses. Paraconixanthones A B (1 2) represent first examples tetrahydroxanthone-benzoate dimers, suggesting unique biosynthetic pathway. Compound 12 exhibited potent...

In this paper, we propose a novel blind-source separation method to extract fetal ECG from single-channel signal measured on the abdomen of mother. The is mixture ECG, maternal and noise. key idea project into higher dimensions, then use an assumption statistical independence between components separate them mixtures. This achieved by applying singular value decomposition (SVD) spectrogram, followed iterated application independent component analysis (ICA) principle components. SVD...

Abstract Purpose Intermittent hypoxia (IH), a hallmark of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), compromises immune surveillance through the upregulation programmed cell death-1 ligand (PD-L1). Tumor-released extracellular vesicles (EVs) have been reported to modulate immunosuppressive activities. We investigated whether or not EVs derived from intermittent hypoxic lung cancer cells can alter expression PD-L1 in macrophages. Methods The + monocytes 40 patients with newly diagnosed non-small-cell...

Multimodal emotion recognition with EEG-based have become mainstream in affective computing. However, previous studies mainly focus on perceived emotions (including posture, speech or face expression et.al) of different subjects, while the lack research induced video music limited development two-ways emotions. To solve this problem, we propose a multimodal domain adaptive method based EEG and called DAST, which uses spatio-temporal attention (STA-attention) to globally model maps all...

Abstract In this study the low visibility in Nanjing city is classified and predicted using observed data during 2014 to 2016 with machine-learning based decision tree algorithm (4.5). For purpose, model was trained 3/4 th of samples until self-learning accuracy reached 88.32%. The remaining 1/4 were used verify model’s prediction ability, test reaching 88.34% indicating a good classification diagnosis effect model. results produced model, generated through learning from training sample, it...

The present study explored the alignment effect of sight translation continuation task (STCT) and its possible influence on (ST) fluency. Thirty-four third-year English Education majors at a Chinese university were divided into two groups in study. experimental group who conducted STCT read source text speech Chinese, while control only text. Afterwards, both translated continued Chinese. results indicated that (a) aligned with pre-reading lexical level (b) improved ST fluency to some extent...

Histopathological whole-slide image (WSI) segmentation is essential for precise tissue characterization in medical diagnostics. However, traditional approaches require labor-intensive pixel-level annotations. To this end, we study weakly supervised semantic (WSSS) which uses patch-level classification labels, reducing annotation efforts significantly. the complexity of WSIs and challenge sparse labels hinder effective dense pixel predictions. Moreover, due to multi-label nature WSI,...

To the problem of poor efficiency and low accuracy building reconstruction method, an automatic method from airborne LiDAR point clouds outline GIS maps is proposed. This article discusses key steps such as buildings extraction, roof segmentation, structural line topology model generation. Finally, to verify effectiveness availability various steps, a real experiment proved that this can quickly rebuild more complex city buildings.

Primary pulmonary venous malformation is rare and usually presents as single or multiple round masses nodules. Here, we present the first report of a case presenting Mauritia arabica-like bronchial wall thickness that was initially misdiagnosed bronchiectasis. A Chinese man in his late 20s presented complaining hemoptysis for 10 days. Computed tomography demonstrated bronchiectasis M. thickening left lower lobe. He unresponsive to medical treatment underwent thoracoscopic lobectomy....
