Scaling up to a large number of qubits with high-precision control is essential in the demonstrations quantum computational advantage exponentially outpace classical hardware and algorithmic improvements. Here, we develop two-dimensional programmable superconducting processor, Zuchongzhi, which composed 66 functional tunable coupling architecture. To characterize performance whole system, perform random circuits sampling for benchmarking, system size 56 20 cycles. The cost simulation this...

Background/Amis: Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), a novel class of transcripts, have been shown to play critical roles in diverse cellular biological processes, including tumorigenesis. Small nucleolar RNA host gene 6 (SNHG6) regulates various processes cancer cells. However, the role SNHG6 gastric still remains be explored. The aim this study is investigate characteristic cancer.Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was used measure expression tissues and cell lines. MTT...

Itaconate is a well-known immunomodulatory metabolite; however, its role in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) remains unclear. Here, we find that macrophage-derived itaconate promotes HCC by epigenetic induction of Eomesodermin (EOMES)-mediated CD8+ T-cell exhaustion. Our results show the knockout immune-responsive gene 1 (IRG1), responsible for production, suppresses progression. Irg1 leads to decreased proportion PD-1+ and TIM-3+ T cells. Deletion or adoptive transfer cells shows...

Abstract BACKGROUND: The combination of increased parity and shorter breastfeeding duration might increase the odds least differentiated triple‐negative breast cancer (BC) phenotype, theoretically because an expanded progenitor cell population from each pregnancy would incompletely differentiate postpartum. METHODS: Subjects consisted a consecutive case series 2473 women treated for invasive between 2001 2006. Breast phenotype (triple‐negative BC, vs non–triple‐negative BC) was compared with...

An increased incidence of venous thromboembolism (VTE) is associated with anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) treatment in cancer. However, the mechanism underlying this effect remains elusive. In study, we examined bevacizumab, a humanized monoclonal antibody against VEGF-A, on VTE murine xenograft A549 cell tumor model.Inferior vena cava stenosis model and FeCl3-induced saphenous vein thrombosis were performed mouse models human lung adenocarcinoma. We found that bevacizumab...

ABSTRACT Background Advances in imaging technology have enhanced the detection of pulmonary nodules. However, determining malignancy often requires invasive procedures or repeated radiation exposure, underscoring need for safer, noninvasive diagnostic alternatives. Analyzing exhaled volatile organic compounds (VOCs) shows promise, yet its effectiveness assessing nodules remains underexplored. Methods Employing a prospective study design from June 2023 to January 2024 at Affiliated Hospital...

Abstract The Leishmania homolog of receptors for activated C kinase (LACK) protein is derived from parasites L. major . polypeptide LACK 156–173 has been shown to confer protection against murine autoimmune arthritis. Fibroblast‐like synoviocytes (FLSs) play a pivotal role in the synovial invasion and joint destruction observed rheumatoid arthritis (RA). study reveals that 156‐173 can inhibit aggressive phenotype RA‐FLSs by restoring dysregulated fatty acid synthesis metabolism.
