To investigate the expression profile and diagnostic potentials of serum miR-92a, 134, 375 in acute ischemic stroke (AIS) patients.Serum miRs-92a, profiles were estimated by qRT-PCR for 70 AIS patients, age-matched with 25 control subjects.
