Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) imaging has been used for the targeting and of specific cancer markers in live cells. For this purpose, Au/Ag core−shell nanoparticles, conjugated with monoclonal antibodies, were prepared. The procedures to label cells those bimetallic nanoprobes have developed highly sensitive SERS In present study, HEK293 expressing PLCγ1 as optical target. Tumor recognition: Conjugation of 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-1,4,7,10-tetraacetic acid (DOTA) with the cyclic pentapeptide c(RGDYK) and subsequent complexation GdCl3⋅6 H2O afforded Gd-DOTA-RGD, which, although a single molecular entity, is an efficient, target-specific MRI contrast agent for ανβ3 receptors in hepatocellular carcinoma H-ras12V transgenic mice. The compound displays very low cytotoxicity might hence warrant further study clinical usage.

Abstract: The severity of psoriasis has been traditionally assessed by measures, such as the area and index (PASI), scores, lesional scores. As a result, even experienced dermatologists show variations when attempting to determine psoriasis. Therefore, better non‐invasive objective measurement clinical signs is needed. In this study, an instrument, so‐called ‘stereoimage optical topometer’ (SOT), based on new concept ‘stereoimaging’ was used measure three‐dimensional skin surface. aim study...
