The safety and efficacy of this treatment modality has not been assessed in a multicenter study. METHODS A retrospective review prospectively maintained databases at 8 academic institutions was years 2009 to 2016 identify patients with treated PED placement. RESULTS total 129 consecutive underwent...

The management of acute ischemic stroke is changing. Over the period 2010-2050, number incident strokes expected to be more than double. Rapid access mechanical thrombectomy for patients with large vessel occlusion critically associated their functional outcome. Moreover, first pass effect had a better clinical outcome, lower mortality, and fewer procedural adverse events. We discuss some advances in regarding organization, diagnosis treatment.
