An efficient metal, catalyst, and oxidant free sulfonylation reaction, enabled by a visible-light-driven electron donor–acceptor (EDA) complex induced radical coupling reaction has been reported.
An electron donor–acceptor complex-initiated α-cyanation of tertiary amines has been described. The reaction protocol provides a novel method to synthesize various α-amino nitriles under mild conditions. can proceed smoothly without the presence photocatalysts and transition metal catalysts, either oxidants are unnecessary or O2 is only oxidant. practicality this showcased not by late-stage functionalization natural alkaloid derivatives pharmaceutical intermediate, but also applicability...
Adipocyte lipolysis controls systemic energy levels and metabolic homeostasis. Lipolysis is regulated by posttranslational modifications of key lipolytic enzymes. However, less known about the transcriptional mechanisms that regulate lipolysis. Here, we identify interferon regulatory factor–2 binding protein 2 (IRF2BP2) as a repressor adipocyte Deletion IRF2BP2 in human adipocytes increases without affecting glucose uptake, whereas overexpression decreases RNA sequencing, chromatin...
ABSTRACT Melatonin is a natural hormone that has functions such as circadian rhythm regulation, neuroregulation and cardiac protection, well antifungal activity. In this study, two series of melatonin derivatives containing semicarbazide or thiosemicarbazide group were designed synthesized. The screening results indicated compound III‐9 exhibited broad spectrum against six phytopathogenic fungi at 50 µg/mL, with over 60% growth inhibition, highlighted by its inhibition rates 80.8% 87.2%...
Zanthoxylum bungeanum seed is the main by-product of Z. processing, which rich in protein. In this study, proteins were extracted by alkali-soluble acid precipitation method. The factors affecting protein yield ranked as follows: alkali dissolution temperature > extraction time material–liquid ratio pH. optimal process conditions 40 °C, min, 1:20 (w/v) and pH 10. Under these conditions, reached 33.40%. results a series antioxidant assays showed that molecular weight digestion products was...
To obtain new environmentally friendly fungicides, we used the natural product pimprinine as lead compound, and designed synthesized two series of ring-opening derivatives containing amide/thioamide. We then studied their antifungal activity against six common plant pathogenic fungi in vitro. Most target compounds have good important vitro. At a concentration 50 μg ml-1 , compound 3o showed prominent effects on Alternaria solani Rhioctornia solani, with inhibition rates 91.8% 97.4%, 50%...
AbstractIn this paper, a kind of novel filaments/short fibers composite yarns containing stainless steel (SS) were produced by an innovative ring-spinning method. On the basis shielding mechanism electromagnetic (EM) material, method for fabricating multifunctional SS fabric with EM characteristics was successfully developed. Coaxial transmission line used to investigate influences different factors, such as radiant frequency, metal content, mesh size, and geometry, on effectiveness (EMSE)...
This study aims to evaluate and select the optimum comprehensive performances of metal wire composite fabrics (composite fabrics) made from stainless steel filaments staple fibres yarns. Grey clustering analysis (GCA) was used investigate electromagnetic shielding effectiveness (EMSE) wearability 11 different fabrics. Six effect factors on fabrics, namely EMSE, breathability, moisture permeability, water-washing durability, warp-way weft-way shrinkages, were tested analysed. Research shows...
Coated fabrics are widely used in tension structures. In order to investigate the tensile behaviors of coated fabrics, one group specimens was cut out from multi-axial warp-knitted polyester with polyurethane on side. These failure strengths polyurethane-coated were obtained by method uniaxial test and a stress criterion is presented for kind materials. The results show that fabric anisotropic material, coating has great influence mechanical properties material. Furthermore, can be...
In this paper, a kind of electromagnetic shielding fabric was introduced. The woven by composite yarns made stainless steel fibers, cotton and polyester filaments. Using the tracer fiber technology, internal structure fabrics observed through optical microscope. Electromagnetic effectiveness tested FY800 radiation tester according to standard ASTM D4935-10. microscope photographs show that have many different sizes metal grids internally. Research results with increase arrangement proportion...
This study aims to develop a composite yarn comprising monofilaments/staple fibers with distinctive structures and performance. A modified ring spinning system was proposed for producing the three monofilaments staple fibers. The mechanism analytically modeled, of were studied by scanning electron microscopy optical microscopy. characteristics polyester monofilaments/cotton yarns conventional cotton compared. Analytical experimental results showed that distributed around center forming 3D...
In this study, we designed electromagnetic shielding fabrics (EMSFs) that consist of composite yarn containing stainless steel fibers. Ten EMSFs with different metal fiber contents and grid sizes were examined as research specimens, tests conducted to determine effectiveness (EMSE) wearability indices. The indices analyzed the comprehensive performances evaluated fuzzy matter-element method. Experimental results show EMSE improved fabric worsened when content increased size decreased....
Artemisinin has a significant role in treatment of malaria, as well effective anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer activities. However, such problems poor water solubility easy recrystallization limit its application. In this study, polyethylene glycol, solvent which is widely used pharmaceutics, was introduced to prepare an artemisinin dissolution. Under the action hydrogen bonding 12% glycol 4000 solvent, maximum could reach up 1 mg/mL. Meanwhile, biological functions solution were evaluated....
In this paper, a kind of novel composite yarn is presented which spun through the ring spinning frame with special input feed system. The process elaborated, and mechanism studied by describing distribution filaments in roving, difference components’ fiber transfer existing area, filament trace that lead to yarn’s structure. At last, structure drawn according proved be similar characterized optical microscope.
EPP load-bearing insulation concrete is prepared by adding particles into the cement mortar matrix. In order to study deformation performance of three kinds with different strength grades, axial compression test carried out.The experimental results show that elastic modulus and poisson's ratio decrease compressive strength, but plasticity increases gradually. The value higher than empirical formula, according formula modulus, obtained.
This paper investigates a magnetic fiber made of magnesium ferrite particle and PVA. Magnesium particles were prepared using chemical co-precipitation method characterized by FTIR spectra, size distribution magnetism. In addition, the morphology fibers was studied SEM. Results show that present pretty good magnetism quite uniform distribution. With an increasing content particle, volume mass microspheres increase on surface.
