Background: Clarithromycin is a widely used antibiotic, but its safety profile, particularly in different age groups, remains inadequately explored. Objectives: This study aims to characterize and illustrate the features of clarithromycin-related adverse events (AEs) across groups using FDA Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS) database, providing reference for clinical detection, prevention, management AEs various groups. Design: A disproportionality analysis was performed data from FAERS...

Selenium and tellurium nanorods were synthesised by the reaction of glucose with Na2SeO3 Na2TeO3 under hydrothermal conditions. The products are characterised in detail multiform techniques: X-ray diffraction, energy dispersive analysis, scanning electron microscopy transmission microscopy. results show that selenium diameters about 200–300 nm, lengths ranging between 1 3 µm. range from 60 to 80 nm several micrometres. various effects on growth studied.

Molnupiravir, an urgently approved drug during the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, serves as basis for our study, which relies on Food and Drug Administration Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS). The objective is to extract adverse event (AE) signals associated with molnupiravir from FAERS database, thereby providing a reference post-marketing monitoring of events. Specifically, we extracted individual case safety reports (ICSRs) focusing cases COVID-19 indications...

Abstract Terrestrial inputs of dissolved organic matter (DOM) stimulate microbial growth by supplying carbon and DOM‐associated nutrients, thus increase food availability for zooplankton. DOM might decrease the content eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) in particular (POM) due to an biomass EPA‐poor microbes, example, heterotrophic bacteria autotrophic cyanobacteria, thereby reducing quality filter‐feeding zooplankton's biomass. We performed a 26‐d mesocosm experiment where terrestrial was...
