Early diagnosis and intervention are vital for slowing Alzheimer’s disease progression improving the quality of life in older people. Mild cognitive impairment, an early stage disease, offers a key opportunity research intervention. However, current diagnostic methods typically applied after significant symptoms appear, limiting effectiveness The data middle-aged individuals collected from publicly available NCBI datasets GSE5281 GSE1297 were included this longitudinal cohort study. status...
In this paper, a combination of GAN (generative adversarial network) and trust model is proposed to prevent deception jamming UAV formation. The method uses detect the anomalies overall position state formation, then establishes (TM) between each aircraft, via comparing integrated value specific number deceived UAVs have been detected. simulation results show that has high accuracy stability in detecting UAVs. At same time, does not need gather abnormal samples for net training, nor it new...
Single-bacterium diagnostic methods with unprecedented precision and rapid turnaround times are promising tools for facilitating the transition from empirical treatment to personalized anti-infection treatment. Terahertz (THz) radiation, a cutting-edge technology identifying pathogens, enables label-free non-destructive detection of intermolecular vibrational modes bacterial dielectric properties. However, this individual property-based mismatched spatial resolution limited single-bacterium...
This article reports a slow-wave structure (SWS) working at 1 THz which can be fabricated through nano-computer numerical control (nano-CNC) technology for the first time. First, deformed quasi sine waveguide (D-QSWG) SWS has been designed and simulated in this article. To reduce metal loss of input output waveguide, coupler transit to over mode rectangular designed. The simulation result shows that waveguides with have lower than WR1 waveguide. fabricate D-QSWG SWS, tungsten steel endmills...
Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative that primarily occurs in elderly individuals with cognitive impairment. Although extracellular β-amyloid (Aβ) accumulation and tau protein hyperphosphorylation are considered to be leading causes of AD, the molecular mechanism AD remains unknown. Therefore, this study, we aimed explore potential biomarkers AD. Next-generation sequencing (NGS) datasets, GSE173955 GSE203206, were collected from Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database. Analysis...
<para xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink"> A special type of helical slow-wave structure encompassing a rectangular geometry is investigated in this paper, and the characteristics are studied taking into account anisotropically conducting helix. By using electromagnetic integral equations at boundaries, dispersion equation interaction impedance transverse antisymmetric modes derived. Moreover, obtained complex numerically calculated. The...
Background Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is the most common form of age-related neurodegenerative disease. Unfortunately, due to complexity pathological types and clinical heterogeneity AD, there a lack satisfactory treatment for AD. Previous studies have shown that microRNAs transcription factors can modulate genes associated with but underlying pathophysiology remains unclear. Methods The datasets GSE1297 GSE5281 were downloaded from gene expression omnibus (GEO) database analyzed obtain...
Abstract Many statistical potentials were developed in last two decades for protein folding and structure recognition. The major difference of these is on the selection reference states to offset sampling bias. However, since used different databases parameter cutoffs, it difficult judge what best are by examining original programs. In this study, we aim address issue evaluate a unified database programming environment. We constructed distance‐specific atomic using six widely‐used based 1022...
The electron optical systems (EOS) play a vital role in vacuum devices (VED). This letter reported the design and experiments of sheet EOS for 1.03 THz traveling wave tube (TWT). A high-current-density beam (SEB) gun generating up to 20.3-mA at 22.4-kV is designed, based on requirements this TWT. Due very high operating frequency, more than 1 THz, miniature tunnel waist with dimension 0.05 mm <sup xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"...
In this letter, we present a novel non-quasi-2D slow-wave structure (NQSWS) for THz sheet beam traveling-wave tubes (THz SB TWTs), which have been conceived, fabricated and tested. Our proposed differs from the conventional quasi-2D structure, in featured cosine fluctuation horizontal direction on metallic roof proximity of tunnel. This modification results lower cutoff frequency, flatter dispersion property, higher average interaction impedance. Comparing with its counterpart same tunnel...
We report the femtosecond time-resolved dynamics of relativistic electron pulses in ultraintense laser-foil interactions, by characterizing terahertz self-radiation with single-shot ultrabroadband interferometry. Experimental measurements together theoretical modeling reveal that inherit duration driving laser pulse. also visualize recirculation dynamics, where electrons remain trapped inside self-generated electrostatic potential well and rebound back forth around thin foil for hundreds...
Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a progressive brain disorder marked by abnormal protein accumulation and resulting proteotoxicity. This study examines Chaperone-Mediated Autophagy (CMA), particularly substrate translocation into lysosomes, in AD. The observes: (1) Increased activity vital for CMA, aligns with AD progression, highlighted gene upregulation more efficient delivery. (2) CMA phase strongly correlates AD's clinical symptoms; proteotoxicity links to worse dementia, underscoring the...
Terahertz (THz) technology holds great potential across diverse applications, including biosensing and information communications, but conventional far-field techniques are limited by diffraction. Near-field optical microscopy overcomes this barrier through a sharp tip that concentrates incident THz waves into nanometric volumes, detecting scattered near-field to reveal nanoscale properties. However, owing the large wavelengths, resonant surface arising on cantilever obscure intrinsic...

The deteriorated effective impedance the cavity could be reenhanced by adopting extended interaction (EI) cavities. In this article, new approach utilizing simple fundamental modes in cascaded...
A slotted piecewise sine waveguide (SPWSWG) is suggested as the slow wave structure (SWS) to develop terahertz traveling tube (TWT). This letter first report SPWSWG SWS with advantages of flat dispersion and large coupling impedance from our calculation. Based on this novel SWS, a wideband 220-GHz TWT has been designed, fabricated tested. The cold test results show that reflection parameters at input output port are less than −15.2 dB in frequency range 209–235 GHz. Moreover, hot demonstrate...
