Abstract The hydrosilylation reaction is very important in silicone‐introducing reactions and the crosslinking of silicone rubbers. In this study, through Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, between hydrogen‐containing polysiloxane (H‐PDMS) several kinds rubber, including styrene–butadiene rubber (SBR), nitrile–butadiene (NBR), chloroprene (CR), natural (NR), with heat processing was researched. IR spectra each compound film were determined after H‐PDMS under 110°C for different times....

ABSTRACT Two disiloxane compounds, 3,3′‐(1,3‐dimethyl‐1,3‐diphenyl‐1,3‐disiloxanediyl)bis(benzenamine) ( C1 ) and 4,4′‐(1,3‐dimethyl‐1,3‐diphenyl‐1,3‐disiloxanediyl)bis(benzenamine) C2 were synthesized used as new curing agents of DGEBA epoxy resin with an value 0.51 E‐51 ). The kinetics E‐51/C1 E‐51/C2 systems was investigated by non‐isothermal differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analyses. activation energy (Δ E the characteristic cure temperatures two determined. have similar energy....

Abstract Under the condition of hot melt processing, modification eucommia ulmoides gum (EUG) by mercapto compounds, n‐Octyl mercaptan (OM), and isooctyl mercaptoacetate (IOMA) was realized click reaction thiol‐ene. The 1 H‐NMR results confirmed that grafting rate compounds 2.28%–5.30% 1.68%–3.85% when OM IOMA reacted with EUG in thiol‐ene under processing conditions. DSC showed crystallinity EUG‐OM higher than amount grafted compound ranged from 0.86 to 1.39 mol%. When IOMA‐modified...

The mechanisms of catalytic and thermal 1,2-rearrangement (α-mercaptobenzyl)trimethylsilane were studied by using density functional theory (DFT) at the MP2/6-31+G(d,p)//B3LYP/6-31G(d) levels. results show that rearranges to (benzylthio)trimethylsilane through a trimethylsilyl group migration from C S atom via transition state pentacoordinate Si with or without radical initiators. low reaction activation energy (15.1 kcal/mol) is responsible for fast rearrangement in presence Both nonradical...

Abstract A synthetic route to polysilaethers containing moiety SiH bonds in the side chain (PSEMH) is reported that allows access hitherto inaccessible oxygen‐interrupt polysilanes. By a Wurtz reductive coupling reaction, an equimolar ratio of dichloromethylsilane alkali metal yields dichlorodisilane. The alcoholysis resultants situ performed, and polycondensation hydrolysis occurs simultaneously presence small amount N,N ‐(dimethylamino)pyridine. linear polymer monomodal PSEMH with...

Abstract Hybrid porous membranes with unique gradually open microchannels, which is comprised of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) as skeletons and functional hyperbranched poly(ether amine) (hPEA) coverage surface, are formed via a combined crystallization diffusion approach. The cross‐sectional tortuous pores fully well‐arranged, opened, interconnected microchannels generated that directed by synergistic effect the nucleation/crystallization dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) solvent, demixing/phase...
