The effects of purity tea polysaccharides (TPS) on its five antioxidant activities and hypoglycemic in vitro were studied. results showed that the higher TPS, lower capacity. FTPSI is highest (sugar content 80.72%), but than those Fujian (FTPS) FTPSII. activity polysaccharide related to protein polyphenol (Pearson r > .90). protective effect Zhejiang FTPS human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) was better purified fractions. inhibition rates FTPSII (5 2 mg/ml) α-glucosidase (32.76%)...

Tea polysaccharide (TPS) is a bioactive compound that has attracted increasing attention for its health effect on regulating the metabolism of glucose and lipid. Moreover, due to their good biocompatibility biodegradability, TPS-based nanoparticles have emerged as effective nanocarriers delivery molecules. In this study, we developed biocarrier system orally targeted administration Mn(II) ions investigated antidiabetic effects in C57BL/6 mice with HFD/streptozotocin (STZ)-induced T2DM....

Fucoxanthin (FX) is a carotenoid from marine origin that has an important role in our health, especially the regulation and alleviation of type 2 diabetes. Its specific molecular structure makes it very unstable, which greatly affects its delivery body. In this study, FX was encapsulated mono-carrier using hydrolyzed zein to form nanocomplex with stable chemical properties (FZNP). stability demonstrated by characterization efficacy before after encapsulation alleviating diabetes mice,...

Abstract Nanoscale zero‐valent iron (nZVI) loaded on tea residue biochar activated with phosphoric acid composites was synthesized. This adsorbent can efficiently adsorb multiple heavy metal ions such as Pb (II), Cr (III), Cu and Ni (II) simultaneously. The adsorption process found to follow the pseudo‐second‐order kinetic model. Equilibrium capacities reached 288.18, 162.34, 242.72, 267.22 mg·g −1 for Pb(II), Cr(III), Cu(II), Ni(II), respectively. common interfering exhibited lower...

Immobilized microcystis aeruginosa was applied in purifying different concentration of livestock wastewater, which removal ability to NH4+-N, TP and CODCr investigated this study. Sodium alginate (SA) polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) were chosen as entrapment agents. The results showed that with SA embedded aeruginosa, the rate high-concentration wastewater reached 90.77%, 76.10%, 70.13% separately. While efficiency went down along low-concentration 82.37% 67.59% TP, 67.45% CODCr. PVA entrapped...

The preparation method and the sources of metal elements may affect activity metal–polysaccharide complex. In this study, four Fe–tea polysaccharide complexes were prepared three tea polysaccharides (TPSs) from different seasons extracted. Moreover, binding mode TPSs with internal external metallic as well their inhibitory effect on α-glucosidase was explored. results revealed that (–C–O–Fe –C–Fe) Fe–TPS complex at pH 5.0 closer to TPS elements. least amount (61.72 mg/g) exhibited a high...

Biological removal of nitrogen in artificial domestic water was investigated using immobilized microbes, which were activated sludge and denitrifying directly entrapped polyvinylalcohol (PVA) gel beads a suspended bead reactor (SBR). Immobilization transformed into bioaugmented processes to enhance the efficiency pollutants. Optimal environment should be provided for bacteria during systems'start-up. In present research, proper dissolved oxygen (DO) concentration, pH, temperature controled...

Ni-doped MoS2 can activate PMS effectively to degrade organic pollutants because the Ni doping modulate adsorption energy barrier of molecule. However, how coordination environment between and affects activation generate active species is poorly understood. In this paper, substitutional or adsorptive supported on TiO2/N-doped carbon nanofibers (designated as Nisub-MTC Niads-MTC, respectively) were synthesized used activators tetracycline (TC), respectively. case Niads-MTC that atoms adsorb...
