Mediastinal teratomas presenting in the pediatric age are extremely rare. We report three cases of mediastinal children aged 15 months to 9 years. Patients were submitted complete tumor resection, with an uneventful postoperative course and follow-up. Our emphasizes importance a detailed patient examination careful interpretation routinely performed image studies.
