Abstract Epidermoid cysts of the fourth ventricle are slow-growing benign rare lesions. We report a case epidermoid in young lady with short duration symptoms.

A rare case of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) septum pellucidum is being reported. There were symptoms altered behaviour, memory and changes in sensorium. The MRI was suggestive a tumour arising from the pellucidum. Glioblastomas are rare.
