Abstract Adipose tissue is at a point of high interest in medical research, not only as an energy depot, but also because it secretes nearly more than 600 cytokines. These are termed‚ adipokines’. Human adipokines involved numerous metabolic processes, including the regulation appetite, expenditure, insulin sensitivity, inflammation and cardiovascular activity. Thus, these could be clinically important markers adipose function increased risk. The search for novel linking obesity to related...

Anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) is a glycoprotein produced by the granulosa cells of preantral and small antral follicles. AMH concentrations reflect ovarian physiology with high precision, thus serving as more sensitive marker reserve than chronological age. This plays role in pathogenesis menstrual disorders fertility obesity polycystic ovary syndrome. The evaluation may also be useful diagnosis or monitoring therapy tumors.

Abstract Considering the nutritional values, breadstuff plays a big part in covering human nourishment needs and constitutes base of all day diet. Moreover, bread is an excellent source numerous vitamins minerals abundance which depends on degree grinding. Thus, it seems to be very important know composition level bio-elements. That why main target this study was evaluate concentration selected trace elements: chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni), iron (Fe) manganese (Mn) wheat grain, bran, different...

High-density lipoprotein (HDL) remodeling within the plasma compartment and association between lecithin-cholesterol acyltransferase (LCAT) cholesterol ester transfer protein (CETP) activity, lipid, concentrations composition were investigated. The aim was to examine high sensitivity of C-reactive (hsCRP), apolipoprotein B (apoB), apoAI, total apoAII, apoAIInonB, apoB-containing apoAII (apoB:AII), apoCIII, apoCIIInonB, apoCIII (apoB:CIII) concentration LCAT CETP activity gain an insight into...

ABSTRACT The aim of the study was to examine concentrations and relationships between melatonin levels assessed at 0:200 hrs 0:700 hrs, lipid hydroperoxide (LPO) apolipoprotein (apo)AI, apoAII, apoB, high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) NT-proBNP, in 27 patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) (17 - NYHA class II 10 III). In study, Lipoproteins apoAI, were determined by way immunonephelometric methods, serum concentration measured using a competitive enzyme immunoassay technique,...

Introduction: Bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) is a useful tool to asses human body composition and nutrition status; multi-frequency BIA has higher accuracy than single-frequency BIA. In our study difference of values (Z) at 5, 100 200 kHz Z200/Z5 index between professional athletes control group were determined. Methods: this research 105 people tested, divided into (72 people: 35 males 37 females) (33 16 17 females). Impedance was measured three...

Dyslipidemia and oxidative stress are considered one of the major causes which lead to many diseases, especially atherosclerosis development, cardiovascular disorders aggravate risk for cancers, aging others. Lipid hydroperoxides initial products when lipids damaged by free radicals in plasma HDL is their carrier. F2-IsoP stable compounds specific lipid peroxidation only phospholipids vivo through nonenzymatic free-radical mechanisms. Also, they found detectable quantities esterified all...

Metabolic syndrome is one of the most important problems public health in developed societies. A constant interest this issue caused by a wide spread problem and lack uniform diagnostic criteria. The variety functioning definitions make fast algorithm difficult for diagnostician, thus aim study was to check relationship between presence selected biochemical indicators metabolic large group patients with diabetes type 2, differences course disease degree compensation. For comparison, we have...
