Abstract Trichomes are specialized epidermal appendages that serve as excellent models to study cell morphogenesis. Although the molecular mechanism underlying trichome morphogenesis in Arabidopsis has been well characterized, most of regulators essential for multicellular morphology remain unknown tomato. In this study, we determined recessive hairless-2 (hl-2) mutation tomato causes severe distortion all types, along with increased stem fragility. Using map-based cloning, found hl-2...

Summary Tomato ( Solanum lycopersicum ) stands as one of the most valuable vegetable crops globally, and fruit firmness significantly impacts storage transportation. To identify genes governing tomato firmness, we scrutinized 266 accessions from core collections. Our study pinpointed an ethylene receptor gene, SlEIN4 , located on chromosome 4 through a genome‐wide association GWAS in accessions. A single‐nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) (A → G) distinguished lower AA higher GG genotypes....

Traditional distribution network planning relies on the professional knowledge of planners, especially when analyzing correlations between problems existing in and crucial influencing factors. The inherent laws reflected by historical data are ignored, which affects objectivity scheme. In this study, to improve efficiency accuracy planning, characteristics were extracted using a data-mining technique, correlation was obtained. A model based rules established. inputs electrical characteristic...

To study the anti-neuroinflammatory mechanisms of polygalasaponin F (PS-F), ELISA method was used to detect secretion inflammatory cytokines. Western blot protein expression and phosphorylation levels. Immunofluorescence assay observe NF-κB nuclear translocation. PS-F could inhibit release cytokines TNF-α NO induced by lipopolysaccharides (LPS) reduce inducible nitric oxide synthases (iNOS). As for MAPK-signaling pathway, only levels p38 MAPK, but did not significantly affect JNK ERK1/2...

Trichomes, developing from the epidermis of nearly all terrestrial plants, provide good protection environmental stress. Regulation trichomes in Rosids has been well characterized. However, little is known about cell proliferation molecular processes during multicellular trichome formation Asterids. Ectopic expression Wo (v) tobacco and potato induces much more than wild type. To gain new insights into underlying mechanisms these formation, RNA-seq was employed for young primary leaf tissues...

Abstract Cities are the places where power supply demand is highly concentrated. How to ensure security while realizing low-carbon transition key challenge faced by construction of new systems. In large cities with a shortage local generation resources, this problem particularly prominent. The study takes Guangzhou city as case area, which has typical characteristics “serious energy and extremely high-power load density” in China. This explores differences capacity, structure, carbon...

As multiple wind and solar photovoltaic farms are integrated into power systems, precise scenario generation becomes challenging due to the interdependence of future climate change. Future data derived from obsolete models, featuring diminished accuracy, less-refined spatial resolution, a limited range scenarios compared more recent still in use. In this paper, morphing-based approach is proposed for generating scenarios, incorporating among using copula theory. The K-means method was...
