Neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC), the systematic given to patients with locally advanced and inoperable breast caner, has been proven be of great clinical values. Many scientific reports confirmed NAC could effectively eliminate sub-clinical disseminated lesions tumor, improve long-term disease-free survival rate cancer (LABC); however, up now, LABC is still a serious issue improved screening early diagnosis. This study, main focus on LABC, investigated values in converting into operable...
Tumor protein p53-regulated apoptosis-inducing 1 (TP53AIP1) functions in various cancers. We studied the effect and molecular mechanism of TP53AIP1 breast cancer. The degree correlation between expression overall survival patients with cancer was obtained from online The Cancer Genome Atlas database. Six levels tumor adjacent non-tumor tissues randomly selected 38 were determined. Transgenic technology used to enhance cell lines, MDA-MB-415 MDA-MB-468, observe effects gene overexpression on...
Objective To compare the prognosis of triple-negative breast cancer patients receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy versus adjuvant chemotherapy. Methods This retrospective study involved 214 with triple negative in Department Breast Surgery, Southwest Hospital, Army Medical University from January 2009 to December 2012. Among them, 114 received and 100 chemotherapy. The were followed up for median 78.0 months (52.0-89.0 months). Survival analysis was performed using Kaplan-Meier method....
