From January 1, 1974 to December 31, 1989, we treated 2829 patients with critical lower-extremity ischemia. In the last 5 years, 13% of had therapeutically significant stenoses or occlusions above and below groin, while 35% them at two three levels inguinal ligament. Unobstructed arterial flow distal half thigh was present in 26% patients, 16% unobstructed upper third leg all arteries this point reconstitution some patent named artery lower foot. 2 99% a threatened limb without severe...

Background and Objectives The Acute Venous Thrombosis: Thrombus Removal with Adjunctive Catheter-Directed Thrombolysis (ATTRACT) trial reported that pharmacomechanical catheter-directed thrombolysis (PCDT) did not reduce post-thrombotic syndrome (PTS), but reduced moderate-to-severe PTS the severity of symptoms. In this analysis, we examine effect PCDT in patients femoral–popliteal deep vein thrombosis (DVT) (without involvement more proximal veins). Patients Methods Within ATTRACT trial,...

Objective Acute limb ischemia is associated with high rates of amputation and consequent morbidity mortality. The objective this study to report on the safety efficacy aspiration thrombectomy using Indigo® Aspiration System in patients lower extremity acute (LE-ALI). Methods STRIDE was an international, multicenter, prospective, that enrolled 119 participants presenting LE-ALI. Patients were treated firstline mechanical System, prior stenting or angioplasty, other therapies as determined by...

Lower extremity acute limb ischemia (LE-ALI) is associated with high morbidity and mortality rates, a burden on patient quality of life (QoL). There limited medium- to long-term evidence mechanical aspiration thrombectomy (MT) in patients LE-ALI. The STRIDE study was designed assess safety efficacy MT using the Indigo Aspiration System Thirty-day primary secondary endpoints additional outcomes were previously published. Here, we report 365-day QoL data from STRIDE.
