Modified titanium nanotubes (TiO 2 NTs) coatings are grown in simulated body fluid (SBF) from Ti cp and 6 Al 4 V. The addition of 1% v/v SBF to the electrolyte neither modifies film morphology nor structural oxide characteristics for both metal substrates.
