The beneficial effects of adipose-derived stem cell conditioned medium (ADSC-CM) on skin regeneration have been reported. Although the mechanism how ADSC-CM promotes is unclear, contained various growth factors and it an excellent raw material for treatment. produced in a hypoxia condition ADSC—in other words, Advanced Adipose-Derived Stem Protein Extract (AAPE)—has great merits regeneration. In this study, human primary keratinocytes (HKs), which play fundamental roles tissue, was used to...

For innate immune defense, lower animals such as fish and amphibian are covered with skin mucus, which acts both a mechanical biochemical barrier. Although several mucus sources have been isolated studied for their immunological functions, the precise mechanism(s) of action remains unknown. In present study, we additionally found eel (ESM) to be promising candidate use in anti-tumor therapy. Our results showed that viability K562 cells was decreased dose-dependent manner by treatment ESM....

Bioassay-guided fractionation of an organic extract the broth from marine-derived fungus culture Aspergillus parasiticus led to isolation and subsequent structural elucidation a new gabosine derivative, parasitenone (1), two known benzyl alcohols, 3-chloro-4,5-dihydroxybenzyl alcohol (2) gentisyl (3). The alcohols (2, 3) were identified as principal free radical scavenging components. Parasitenone (1) also showed moderate activity in assay.

Regulatory T (Treg) cells, a type of immune cell, play very important role in the response as subpopulation cells. In this study, we investigated effects Treg cells conditioned media (CM) on cell migration. Various cytokines and growth factors CM can effect re-epithelialization stage during wound healing.Isolated CD4+CD25+ from Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) were cultured obtained. HaCaT keratinocytes treated with various concentration CM. Cell migration, proliferation expression...
