In this paper, we compare the maximum achieveable throughput using network coding with routing in P2P networks. Our analysis is based on a simple star where there no multicast and can only be applied at peers. Under idealized assumption that perfect information to realize optimal routing, model captures essential elements of network, yet allows for what achieved by respectively. The conclusion advantage. We then discuss applicability result real content distribution system which may operate...

Due to the narrow space and a harsh chemical environment in sterilization processes for end-effector of surgical robots, it is difficult install integrate suitable sensors purpose effective precise force control. This paper presents an innovative tension sensor estimation grasping our laparoscope robot. The proposed measures cable using fiber gratings (FBGs) which are pasted grooves on inclined cantilevers sensor. By exploiting stain measurement characteristics FBGs, small deformation caused...

Single molecule based superresolution techniques (STORM/PALM) achieve nanometer spatial resolution by integrating the temporal information of switching dynamics fluorophores (emitters). When emitter density is low for each frame, they are located to resolution. However, when rises, causing significant overlapping, it becomes increasingly difficult accurately locate individual emitters. This particularly apparent in three dimensional (3D) localization because large effective volume 3D point...

Single-molecule localization based super-resolution microscopy, by localizing a sparse subset of stochastically activated emitters in each frame, achieves subdiffraction-limit spatial resolution. Its temporal resolution, however, is constrained the maximal density that can be successfully reconstructed. The state-of-the-art three-dimensional (3-D) reconstruction algorithm on compressed sensing suffers from high computational complexity and gridding error due to model mismatch. In this paper,...

Steganography is a collection of techniques for concealing the existence information by embedding it within cover. With development deep learning, some novel steganography methods have appeared based on autoencoder or generative adversarial networks. While learning advantages automatic generation and capacity, security algorithm needs to improve. In this paper, we take advantage linear behavior networks in higher space propose scheme which enhances example. The system trained with different...

Single-molecule localization microscopy achieves sub-diffraction-limit resolution by localizing a sparse subset of stochastically activated emitters in each frame. Its temporal is limited the maximal emitter density that can be handled image reconstruction algorithms. Multiple algorithms have been developed to accurately locate even when they significant overlaps. Currently, compressive-sensing-based algorithm (CSSTORM) highest density. However, CSSTORM extremely computationally expensive,...

One key factor that limits resolution of single-molecule superresolution microscopy relates to the localization accuracy activated emitters, which is usually deteriorated by two factors. originates from background noise due out-of-focus signals, sample auto-fluorescence, and camera acquisition noise; other low photon count emitters at a single frame. With fast rate, can last multiple frames before they transiently switch off or permanently bleach. Effectively incorporating temporal...

With the rapid development of deepfake techniques, massive face manipulation videos appeared on social networks. These not only violated original video author's privacy, but also seriously threatened security database. Robust hashing can map with similar visual content into hash codes, which is beneficial for tracking fake material in In this paper, a robust algorithm based local fluctuation preserving proposed. The uses shot segmentation model and statistical descriptors, to many...

In this paper, we present an algorithm named coordinate rotation digital computer (CORDIC) for designing the numerically controlled oscillator (NCO) used in down converters (DDC) of GSM applications. Synthesizing with synopsys EDA tools shows that CORDIC can significantly reduce die size by about 30%, thus greatly expands application fields NCO. Meanwhile, paper analyzes problems engineering implementation and points out future research directions.

Previous studies have shown that an increasing fraction of the data on WWW is fast-changed, such as news, sports scores, stock prices, and so on. An important issue to cache dynamic content maintenance consistency. We propose a self-organizing caching scheme ensure users get up-to-date documents all along even if are fast-changed. This combines mechanism client polling server pushing based multicast trees. The trees created, optimized destroyed automatically according rate change location...
