In this work, epitaxial Pb(Zr0.4Ti0.6)O3 (PZT) thin films with different thicknesses were deposited on Nb-doped SrTiO3 (NSTO) single-crystal substrates by chemical solution deposition (CSD), and their ferroelectric resistive switching behaviors investigated. The effects of high intensity ultrasonic melt treatment on the microstructure magnesium alloys were investigated in this paper. Magnesium melts treated with power wave and then cooled to a predetermined temperature. With increase power, structure exhibited refined spheroidzed crystal grains.
