Pleural tuberculosis (pTB) is a diagnostic challenge because of its non-specific clinical features, lack accurate tools and paucibacillary nature the disease.
In view of WHO’s 'End-TB' strategy, we developed a non-invasive, urine-based ELISA, targeting two Mycobacterium tuberculosis antigens namely MPT51 & MPT64 for extrapulmonary TB (EPTB) diagnosis.
