Abstract We describe the case of a 58‐year‐old woman who was presented with pancytopenia and hypofibrinogenemia. Treatment iron supplementation not satisfactory. Physical findings history massive postpartum hemorrhage suggested Sheehan's syndrome(SS). After thyroxine glucocorticoid replacement therapy, blood cell count improved. SS is rare etiology hemocytopenia, which hematologists need to be aware. conclude that hormonal therapy can produce full hematological recovery.
