The N/Z dependence of projectile fragmentation at relativistic energies has been studied with the ALADIN forward spectrometer GSI Schwerionen Synchrotron (SIS). Stable and radioactive Sn La beams an incident energy 600 MeV per nucleon have used in order to explore a wide range isotopic compositions. For interpretation data, calculations statistical multifragmentation model for properly chosen ensemble excited sources were performed. parameters ensemble, representing variety spectator nuclei...

The electronic structure of Quantum Dot (QD), GaAs/Al x Ga 1-x As , has been investigated by using a combination Genetic Algorithm (QGA) and Hartree–Fock–Roothaan (HFR) method. One-electron system with an on-center impurity is considered assuming spherically symmetric confining potential finite depth. ground excited state energies one-electron QD were calculated depending on the dot radius stoichiometric ratio. Expectation values energy determined HFR method along Slater-Type Orbitals (STOs)...

In this study, electronic properties of a low-dimensional quantum mechanical structure have been investigated by using Genetic Algorithm (GA). One- and two-electron Quantum Dot (QD) systems with an on-center impurity are considerable assuming the confining potential to be infinitely deep spherically symmetric. Linear combinations Slater-Type Orbitals (STOs) were used for description single electron wave functions. The parameters function system as individuals in generation, corresponding...

Zhang and Xie [Phys. Rev. B 68, 235315 (2003)] presented their results for the second harmonic generation (SHG) susceptibility in electric-field-biased parabolic semiparabolic quantum wells (QW's).
