We investigated the influence of laser-induced air breakdown on femtosecond laser ablation aluminum target using time-resolved pump-probe shadowgraphic imaging method. Topological insulator (TI) Bi2SeTe2 nanosheets with very regular hexagonal morphology were synthesized by a hydrothermal route.
