Abstract Clarifying the principles of proportioning optimization for brittle transparent rock-like specimens with differential fracture structures is crucial visualization study internal and seepage evolution mechanisms in rock masses. This study, utilizing orthogonal experimental methods, uncovers influence mechanisms, extents, patterns by which ratios resin, hardener, accelerator, along freezing duration, impact mechanical characteristics specimens. Notably, it was observed that as...

Abstract In this work, the conduction mechanism and dielectric nonlinearity of undoped Mn-doped Na 0.5 Bi TiO 3 (NBT) films were investigated. The potential in relatively low electric fields should be dominated by hopping rather than typical Ohmic conduction. high field region, is Poole–Frenkel emission Schottky emission. enhancement electrical insulation NBT after Mn doping was shown to result from a decrease oxygen vacancies elevation energy barrier. Furthermore, significant improvements...

In this work, the epitaxial 0.85BaTiO3-0.15Bi(Mg1/2Ti1/2)O3 (BT-BMT) films with large compressive strain were fabricated on SrTiO3 (001). The expansion of unit cell volume and out-of-plane lattice parameter built-in electric field (Ebi) in BT-BMT indicate existence defect dipoles. It was found that polarization breakdown strength can be optimized by defects, respectively. Ultimately, a desirable energy density 90.3 J/cm3 efficiency 62.3% achieved. suggests serve as practical means to...

Abstract Interfaces in oxides are found to possess different properties and can be engineered for modifying local structure of nearby area. In this work, it is reported that the interfaces formed Ba/Zr (BZ)‐doped (K,Na)NbO 3 (KNN) thin films by cycles chemical solution deposition using same precursor solution. films, a novel special cross‐sectional observed with periodic distribution Ba‐rich Zr‐rich layers. The layers exhibit strain, lattice parameters, crystal structure, leading an obvious...

Intrinsic SrTiO 3 is a quantum paraelectric, but moderately Bi-doped exhibits dielectric frequency dispersion similar to relaxor ferroelectrics. In this paper, detailed electron microscopic studies of the microstructures samples were presented. It was found that Sr sites replaced by off-central Bi, resulting in tensile strain strontium titanate (STO) lattice. samples, valence titanium mainly showed Ti[Formula: see text] characteristic. According behavior and microstructure analysis, polar...

Three types of dissociated misfit dislocations (MDs) in epitaxial Ba0.3Sr0.7TiO3 thin films grown on (001) LaAlO3 have been studied by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. First, a MD with b=[101] dissociates into two edge partials and results the incline film lattice. Second, [110] is split (1/2)[110] mixed character. In third case, character composed three which are reacted (1/2)⟨110⟩ stacking faults. Neither dissociation reactions has reported before for MDs perovskite films.
