U radu su predstavljeni konvencionalni i elektronski transformatori izvršeno je njihovo poređenje, predstavljena njihova analiza prema zapremini, težini ceni. Nakon predstavljanja osnovnih topologija elektronskih transformatora prikazanih modela za svaku kategoriju topologije, opisana primena u obnovljim izvorima energije, vučnim sistemima punjačima električnih automobile.
