Crop growth condition and production play an important role in food management economic development. Therefore, estimating yield accurately timely is of vital importance for regional security. The long short-term memory (LSTM) model represents a deep network structure to incorporating crop processes, which has been proven accommodate different types representations data, recognize sequential patterns over time spans, capture complex nonlinear relationships. LSTM was developed estimate wheat...
The rapid and effective acquisition of crop yield information is critical to the stability food markets development implementation related policies. It an important baseline observation that used for ensuring regional global security. In this study, a novel deep learning framework was developed winter wheat estimation using meteorological data two remotely sensed indices, Vegetation Temperature Condition Index (VTCI) Leaf Area (LAI) at main growth stages in Guanzhong Plain. proposed model...
Abstract Peptide and protein postmodification have gained significant attention due to their extensive impact on biomolecule engineering drug discovery, of which cysteine‐specific modification strategies are prominent inherent nucleophilicity low abundance. Herein, the study introduces a novel approach utilizing multifunctional 5‐substituted 1,2,3‐triazine derivatives achieve multifaceted bioconjugation targeting cysteine‐containing peptides proteins. On one hand, this represents an...
Time-series high spatial resolution drought monitoring is essential for effective agricultural management. For more than a decade, the multiyear vegetation temperature condition index (VTCI) based on Advanced Very High Resolution Radiometer (AVHRR) and Moderate Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) has been applied to regional monitoring. However, resolutions of AVHRR MODIS (1 km) often represent mixtures built-up areas different or crop types. In this paper, framework proposed obtain ten-day...
This paper works on the agricultural drought forecasting in Guanzhong Plain of China using Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) models based time series monitoring results Vegetation Temperature Condition Index (VTCI). About 90 VTCI images derived from Advanced Very High Resolution Radiometer (AVHRR) data were selected to develop ARIMA erecting stage maturity winter wheat (early March late May each year at a ten-day interval) years 2000 2009. We take study area overlying...
Early and accurate information of crop growth condition is vital for agricultural industry food security, which gives rise to a strong demand timely monitoring estimating yields. This study selected the remotely sensed leaf area index (LAI) vegetation temperature (VTCI) closely relate water stress as two key variables indicating yields in Guanzhong Plain, PR China. The single VTCI, LAI combination VTCI at four stages winter wheat (the turning green, jointing, heading-filling, dough stages)...
An index called vegetation temperature condition (VTCI) was developed for drought monitoring in this study. The can be used to monitor occurrences at a regional level special period (e.g. 10 days) of year, and also study the spatial distribution within region. VTCI is not only related NDVI changes region, but land surface pixels with same value. A pilot carried out Guanzhong Plain area Loess Plateau Northwest China. results showed that had better performances classifying relative occurrence...
The organocatalyzed asymmetric dearomative addition of phenols to indol-2-ones generated in situ from 3-bromooxindoles was reported. This methodology leads the efficient construction a series enantioenriched 3,3′-disubstituted oxindoles bearing vicinal all-carbon quaternary stereocenters via dearomatization process under mild reaction conditions. Additionally, representative large-scale reactions and related transformations dearomatized products reveal potential synthetic utility this protocol.
By employing a simple in situ generated magnesium catalyst, direct asymmetric reaction between hemiacetals and phosphorus ylides was achieved through tandem Wittig-oxa-Michael sequence. Enantioenriched chromans, isochromans, tetrahydropyrans were obtained good chemical yields, (-)-erythrococcamide B synthesized enantioenriched form. The byproduct triphenylphosphine oxide identified as necessary additive for this process.
Land surface temperature (LST) is a critical physical parameter affecting energy and water exchange that has attracted much attention in various fields, such as environmental protection, agriculture, climate change. Studies on spatially continuous high-resolution LST retrieval methods, which can be efficiently acquired using thermal infrared (TIR) remote sensing technology, have been developed for many years, resulting products. The typical mechanism radiative transfer model based the...
The aim of this study was to develop and validate a method determining the warm cold edges Vegetation Temperature Condition Index (VTCI) drought monitoring approach, analyse time series profiles VTCI in croplands under both rainfed irrigated conditions. linear correlation coefficients between cumulative precipitation at one or two periods 10‐day intervals are highest. There significant correlations soil moisture 0–10‐cm layer for each interval during winter wheat growing seasons. These...
Abstract A Mg II ‐mediated catalytic asymmetric dearomatization (CADA) reaction of β‐naphthols has been developed. The proceeds under ambient temperature and give a series chiral trisubstituted olefins with good chemoselectivities, Z / E ratios, excellent enantioselectivities. fluorinated β‐naphthol was designed to generate organofluorine skeletons through the current CADA reaction. Moreover, an interesting tandem cyclization observed in following transformation process undiscovered...
The first α-sp2-carbon of carbonyl compounds attacked catalytic desymmetrization reaction aziridines is disclosed by employing a simple in situ generated magnesium catalyst.
Continuous time series crop growth monitoring during the main and development period at field scales is very important for management yield estimation. For more than a decade, leaf area index (LAI) products obtained from high temporal resolution satellites have been widely used in global monitoring. However, spatial resolutions (250–1000 m) of these satellite sensors are too coarse areas with complex diverse land-use types, especially China, which causes great uncertainties estimation...
A highly enantioselective ring-opening alkylation reaction between 3-aryl-oxindole and N-(2-picolinoyl) aziridine has been realized for the first time. The is efficiently mediated by a simple in-situ-generated magnesium catalyst 3,3'-fluorinated-BINOL (BINOL=1,1'-binaphthalene-2,2'-diol) identified as powerful chiral ligand. Notably, fluorine atom on ligand plays key role in providing desired 3-alkyl-3-aryl oxindoles with excellent enantioselectivities.
