We have developed the high-resolution auto-stereoscopic 3D display for first time in world. 해외 시장에서 한국 건설기업들의 지속적인 성장에 힘입어 중소 중견기업 역시 눈에 띄게 성장 하였다. 중견기업의 진출 형태 또한 기존 단일 하도급 위주의 프로젝트 수행에서 다수 원도급 수행으로 고도화 되고 있다. 하지만 수익률 측면에서 여전히 적자 현상에서 벗어나지 못하고 있다(대기업 5건 중 1건 적자, 중소기업 3건 공사). 이에 본 연구에서는 고도화된 진출형태에 따른 다수프로젝트 관리방안을 도출하고자 한다. 1965년부터 시행된 8,000여 건의 해외건설 준공데이터 정보를 기반으로 통합리스크를 측정한다. 통합리스크와 수익률간의 상관관계를 기업별 최대로 허용할 수 있는 허용리스크 도출 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 3개 기업을 선정하여 이들 기업의 재무제표 분석을 수행하였으며 구간이 성과와 상관성이 있다는 것을 도출하였다. 측정을 통해 중견 기업관점에서 관리를 위한 중요한 참고자료를 제시할 있을 것이라 기대한다. 본 연구는 자치경찰사무 지원에 필요한 재원 확보 및 편성방안별 장단점을 검토·분석하여 한국형 자치경찰제에 가장 안정적으로 정착·운영될 수 있는 모델을 도출하고자 하였다. 장단점 분석 결과, 자치경찰사무는 국가가 지원하고 각 지역 자체적으로 지자체의 특성과 수요를 반영한 추가적인 서비스는 지역이 자율적으로 시행할 있도록 국고보조금 지원 방식을 기반으로 한다. 이에 재정분권 모델도 함께 고려하여 중앙정부 기능의 지방이양과 재정분권에 따른 지방세입 확충기반 강화 등 재정자율성과 재정책임성 강조 차원에서 재원을 충당하는 방식도 제시하였다. 사무이양에 소요비용은 지방소비세율을 인상하여 보전하는 것을 전제로 다만, 자주재원으로 충당 시에 자치단체의 재정여력에 따라 치안 역량의 균질성 문제가 대두될 여지가 있다. 이를 방지하기 위하여 특별회계 설치 방안과 자치경찰교부세와 병행하여 운영하는 방안, 교통관련 과태료 범칙금 활용, 자치경찰세 신설 방안 등을 고려하였다.
