Gestational trophoblastic neoplasms (GTN) are proliferative as well degenerative disorders of placental elements and include complete or partial mole (90%), invasive (5.8%), choriocarcinoma (1-2%) site tumor (1-2%). 15% can develop into mole. Very rarely (2-4%) one presenting with features incomplete abortion, mixed abortion sometimes obstetric emergencies like intraperitoneal hemorrhage.
