Abstract An all‐fiber ratiometric wavelength monitor for optical measurement is proposed and investigated theoretically as well experimentally. Abstract In this paper, we investigated the effect of post-gate annealing (PGA) on reverse gate leakage and bias reliability Al 0.23 Ga 0.77 N/GaN high electron mobility transistors (HEMTs).
