To achieve the World Health Organization targets for cervical cancer elimination, low- and middle-income countries will need to develop innovative strategies provide human papillomavirus (HPV)-based screening at a population level. Although mobile health (mHealth) interventions may help realize these goals by filling gaps in electronic specimen tracking patient education, effective implementation of mHealth is dependent upon context-specific development that acceptable usable target...
To estimate the cost of human papillomavirus (HPV)-based screening through community health campaigns (CHCs) and home-based testing. CHCs testing in six communities rural Western Kenya. reached 2297 1002 women aged 25-65 years, respectively. Outcome measures were overall per woman screened achieved for each activity comprising intervention. The mean similar, at $37.7 (range $26.4-$52.0) $37.1 $27.6-$54.0), For CHCs, personnel represented 49% cost, supplies 25%, services 5% capital goods 23%....
