In the present work particle induced X-rays (PIXE) emitted during interaction of inert and active slow heavy (HI) ions with specially prepared thin films were measured. Kinematics was simulated numerically SRIM in grazing incident-exit angle geometry time sequence order to determine dynamics formation subsurface region damaged through implantation, sputtering interface mixing. It shown that structure composition surfaces are not stable against HI irradiation due preferential implantation...
Structural and magnetic properties of amorphous partly crystallized Fe73.5−xCex=0,3,5,7Si13.5B9Nb3Cu1 alloys, were analysed in the temperature ranging from RT to 800 °C with scanning calorimetry magnetometry. The Fe(Si) Fe(B) structures identified characterised set crystallization temperatures activation energies. Also, Curie for crystalline determined as functions Ce content.
Thin film structural features of TQPP-Me and TQPP-OC12 as explored by spectroscopic ellipsometric techniques.

Most of the Fenitride phases have been studied in much detail.Nevertheless, there is still a debate about most ecient, exact and controlled way obtaining thin lms desired iron nitride phases.Thin nitrides were deposited by Molecular Beam Epitaxy Ultra High Vacuum.By changing growth parameters we tried to obtain α -phase its purest form.We worked also on mononitride, FeN (γ -FeN) which known exist dierent phases. The stoichiometry samples was determined means resonant Rutherford Backscattering...
In this work the characteristic radiation, emitted during interaction of medium energy (200 keV) ambient heavy ions (Ar) with Fe4Co66Si12B14Nb1Mo2Cu1 (VV-6025X) amorphous alloy, was measured in grazing incident-exit angle geometry and time sequence, order to determine dynamics formation subsurface region, damaged through implantation, sputtering interface mixing. It shown that structure composition surface is unstable against irradiation due preferential implantation ions, recoils, such...
