A series of Ru(IV)-oxo complexes (4–6) were synthesized from the corresponding Ru(II)-aqua (1–3) and fully characterized by 1H NMR resonance Raman spectroscopies, ESI-MS spectrometry. Based on diamagnetic character confirmed spectroscopy in D2O, spin states 5 6 determined to be S = 0 d4 configuration, sharp contrast that 4 being 1 state. The aqua-complexes 1–3 catalyzed oxidation alcohols olefins using (NH4)2[CeIV(NO3)6] (CAN) as an electron-transfer oxidant acidic aqueous solutions....

Tyrosinase (EC 1.14.18.1), a copper-containing monooxygenase, catalyzes the conversion of phenol to corresponding ortho-quinone. The Streptomyces tyrosinase is generated as complex with “caddie” protein that facilitates transport two copper ions into active center. In our previous study, Tyr98 residue in caddie protein, which accommodated pocket center tyrosinase, has been found be converted reactive quinone through formations μ-η2:η2-peroxo-dicopper(II) and Cu(II)-dopasemiquinone...

Multiparameter single-molecule fluorescence measurement is a promising technique for detecting and quantifying heterogeneity in freely diffusing molecules, albeit with challenges data analysis due to limited photon numbers. Here, we present universal analytical framework that leverages independent component unmixing multiparameter signals.
