为探讨肠内营养支持老年住院患者的存在相关疾病危险因素,回顾2015年1月至2017年5月我院收治的65岁以上老年住院肠内营养支持患者临床资料1 555例,结果显示感染(主要是肺部感染)和神经系统疾病(主要是脑血管病)是导致住院老年人进行肠内营养支持最常见的因素;心力衰竭、休克、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、呼吸衰竭及恶性肿瘤也是常见相关因素,其他相关疾病因素包括消化道出血、肠梗阻、糖尿病急性并发症、破伤风、急性胰腺炎、消化道穿孔、口咽部食管溃疡/异物并感染,中毒等。了解常见疾病相关因素有助于临床医师对高危患者提高警惕并进行干预治疗。
