Chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) is one of the most effective technologies in modern ultra-precision processing. In this paper, we consider slurry ferromagnetic fluid and influence centrifugal force, then obtain equations about CMP. The pressure distribution, resultant forces moments acting on wafer are calculated typical conditions, affects film thickness, roll pitch angles also calculated.
