This paper presents a modified post-distortion (PD) linearization technique for cascode common-gate low noise amplifiers (CG-LNAs) working at high frequencies up to millimeter-wave band. utilizes an auxiliary transistor together with inter-stage inductor suppress the third order distortion without degrading gain. This letter presents a concurrent dual-band low-noise amplifier (LNA) operating at 28 and 39 GHz for multiband 5G wireless systems.
