We describe six patients diagnosed with serotonin syndrome after exposure to drugs serotonergic activity Drug interactions occurred as a result of combination tricyclic antidepressants, selective reuptake inhibitors, noradrenaline inhibitors or monoamine oxidase inhibitors.
