This study aims to assess antimicrobial consumption in the pediatric department of a tertiary care public hospital Zimbabwe. Clinical records inpatients admitted Harare Central Hospital over 3-week period were reviewed prospectively. Antimicrobial was described as days therapy per 100 inpatient (DOT/100 PD).
