The accumulation of heavy metals in the environment is one most significant environmental problems due to potential risk human and animal health. aim this study was analyze influence distance from industrial zone on metal content soil vegetative parts wheat. A field experiment with four wheat genotypes conducted area city Pancevo, Serbia, at three locations different distances zone. By atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS), concentrations five (Zn, Pb, Cr, Cu, Cd) were determined highest...

This study evaluates the effect of two contrasting years, in terms climatic parameters, on kernel morphology and content composition oil, tocopherols 11 macro- micro-elements almonds. Low precipitation high temperatures increased tocopherols, Cu Zn but decreased ratio, oil content, levels macro-elements Cr, Fe, Mn Mo. The obtained data indicate some statistically significant correlations among quality parameters climate. A small variation concentration with highest value ‘Texas’ (60.07%) was...

The analysis underlines the crucial role of optimized fertilizer use in modern agriculture, which improves crop performance and energy efficiency. Efficient management, including precision is essential for sustainability. Data shows a 20% increase wheat yields up to 25% soybean compared conventional methods. Energy savings 30% were also found maize cultivation, 27% sunflowers 23% sugar beet. Further research understand long-term impact scalability fertilization practices, with...

Medlar (Mespilus germanica L.) is considered as underutilized fruit, it nutritionally valuable rich in both primary and secondary metabolites. In this work the physicochemical composition antioxidant properties of medlar fruits originated from different locations Serbia were examined. The moisture protein contents ranges 73-79% 0.43-0.47% w/w, respectively. aveage total phenolic content activity measured by DDPH FRAP assays, 2131.62 μg/GAE/g, 1306.6 μmol TE/g 916.46 Fe2+ eq, Chlorogenic acid...

Heavy metals represent a very significant group of environmental pollutants because they are potential metabolic inhibitors. Therefore, study was conducted where the height wheat stem, as well surface leaves in budding and leafing stages, were examined when contaminated with mixture heavy concentrations 250 500 ppm. The aim research to determine influence on initial phenophase varieties Pobeda Ljiljana. An experiment carried out volumetric flasks two different ppm added under controlled conditions.

Water is an indispensable part of beer and brewing practice, therefore it not even possible to imagine a process in which water quality neglected. For the purposes this experiment, several different watersamples were collected from available springs. The basis experiment was colored reaction iodine on starch, would prove hydrolysis starch granules grains. This leads conclusion that mineral composition, affects hardness water, does have decisive influence work amylolytic enzymes, at least...
