본 연구는 성인 발달장애 자녀 어머니의 돌봄 경험과 그 의미를 탐구하기 위해 내러티브 탐구 방법론으로 수행되었다. 연구의 참여자는 만 18세 이상의 자녀를 돌보는 어머니 3명이다. 자료 수집을 위한 심층 면접은 2021년 12월부터 2022년 2월까지 참여자당 2~3회 실시되었다. 수집과 분석 및 글쓰기를 Clandinin과 Connelly(2000)가 제시한 절차를 적용하였다. 참여자들의 경험의 의미는 <모성 정체성의 혼돈>, <나의 한계를 수용>, <끝까지 책임을 다하기>, <고통을 함께 뛰어넘기>로 나타났다. 어머니들의 총체적으로 탐색하여 이에 대한 심도 있는 이해를 제공하였고, 어머니와 가족 지원을 효과적 서비스와 상담을 제공하는 데 기여할 것이다.Objectives: This study explores the experience and meaning of caring among mothers adult children with developmental...
