生体インピーダンス法を用いて内臓脂肪量を推定する手法は,X線 CTや MRIによる計測に比べると,コストや安全性の点で優れている.しかし,この手法で高い推定精度を実現するためには,複雑な組成を持つ生体の個体差を考慮した計測とその信号解析およびモデリングが重要となる.本稿では,特徴量のバリエーションを確保し,有効な特徴量の選定によるモデリング手法を提案する.具体的には,カーディナリティという指標を用いて特徴量の性質を定量的に評価することにより,特徴量のバリエーションを確保する.さらに,統計的な評価指標である赤池情報量規準を用いることにより,特徴量の選定を行う.実験の結果,提案手法によって構築した推定モデルが,高い推定精度と安定性を示すことを確認した.
