This study systematically investigates the influence of heat treatment on mechanical and magnetic properties AISI 304 austenitic stainless steel following cold rolling. Experimental analyses were conducted samples annealed at 50 °C to 1200 in 25 increments. The characterized through chemical metallographic analyses, microhardness testing, hardness measurements, tear-off force evaluations. Magnetic assessed using a fluxgate sensor analyze intrinsic field variations. findings reveal that...
This paper presents an approach to reconstruct multiple cracks from eddy current testing signals by means of a stochastic method such as tabu search. The size, number, and locations are considered unknown in the inversion process, whereas only orientation is supposed be revealed advance. Eddy inspections stainless steel plate with closely located EDM slits performed, inversions measured carried out. results agree well true ones, which validates proposed algorithm.
Hypomagnetic fields (HMF), or nearly zero magnetic fields, are with a value of flux density lower than the Earth's geomagnetic field. The effects these so-called weak can manifest in living organisms by influencing biological functions such as circadian system, calcium balance cells, DNA methylation, concentration reactive oxygen species, well changes metabolic and developmental processes. This article describes how HMF affects selected cellular structures through specific exposure...
This paper proposes a unique idea for enhancing sizing ability in eddy current nondestructive testing. A detected crack is inspected using several probes driven at the same exciting frequency but producing different distributions. Two are utilized purpose paper. The signals obtained with two linearly superposed and value of ratio superposition extracted from mixed signals. Numerical investigations experimental verification reveal that provides clear indications crack's depth. In addition,...
The presented paper deals with low frequency electromagnetic field application on Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells.Experiments performed through wide range have shown selective dependent biological response, which could be successfully predicted by ion parametric resonance theory proposed V. Lednev.Although observed results give satisfying answer to questions whether or not fields affect cell cultures even at non-thermal levels, the research herein opens a multitude of about exact physical...
The paper brings original measurement results of the high-frequency electromagnetic field as a product various communication devices and technologies inside car. measurements were performed conventional vehicle under standard condition at an urban environment. electric strength has been measured using BK Precision BK2650A spectral analyzer together with omnidirectional 8dBi antenna. took place in 500 MHz-3300 MHz frequency band, for EM wave horizontal polarization. study did not find...
In this paper, a novel nondestructive strategy is proposed for distinguishing differences between stress corrosion crack (SCC) and fatigue (FC) based on signals from eddy current testing (ECT). The consists of measurement procedures with special ECT probe type judgment scheme an index parameter that defined as the amplitude ratio measured signals. An probe, which can induce flowing mainly in selected direction, applied to detect by scanning along different orientations. It clear amplitudes...
This article is focused on the in vitro experimental verification of basic necessary conditions for valid interpretation an ion parametric resonance prediction model biological reaction externally applied, extremely low-frequency magnetic field. Experiments are performed organism Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain BY4741, with intention to target calcium ions, which already produced interesting preliminary results within authors’ previous works, confirming specific field settings being...
This work presents the results of examination HeLa cell line exposure on ELF-EMF (extremely low-frequency electromagnetic field). In particular, relationship between exposition time and death. The death hallmarks were examined by estimation levels selected proteins - FACL4 (a protein that is a part ferroptosis pathway) CK18 (Cytokeratin related to necrosis apoptosis pathways) in proposed model workers exposed week.
This article focuses on the design and implementation of a device aimed at monitoring gait dynamics. In clinical settings, dynamics are conventionally observed within specialized motion laboratories that rely camera systems or pressure-sensitive floor mats. Unfortunately, these methods provide clinicians with only temporally restricted perspective patient's health hospital environment. The objective this study is to propose develop functional prototype measurement utilizes force-sensing...
