In this paper, pure Sb and composite multilayer In2Se3/Sb thin films were prepared on a SiO2/Si substrate. The effects of the addition In2Se3 interlayers physical electrical properties phase change investigated. A new room-temperature ionic liquid (RTIL) supported [hydroxy(tosyloxy)iodo]benzene (ion-supported HTIB) reagent was synthesised by three kinds of effective methods in high yields, which combined the advantages liquids and hypervalent iodine. Ion-supported HTIB an for one-step conversion ketones to corresponding α-tosyloxylated [emim]BF 4 or acetonitrile under microwave. After reaction, transformed into ion-supported iodobenzene, could be recovered regenerated easily without lost activity.

In this paper, the research on bending and low resistance drift of In2Se3/Sb composite multilayer films based flexible substrate were investigated.
