Ovarian cancer is the fifth most common affecting women and lethal among gynecological cancers. Because of lack specific symptoms no special screening tools, it recognised in an advanced stage. In addition, drug resistance ovarian so frequent, that genes cross-talks between some important pathways are still analysed. this review, major recently identified molecular mechanisms resistance, including platinum, taxane, bevacizumab PARPi from relevant literature have been investigated.
