Splice variants are known to be important in the pathophysiology of tumors, including brain cancers. We applied a proteogenomics pipeline identify splice glioblastoma (GBM, grade IV glioma), highly malignant tumor, using in-house generated mass spectrometric proteomic data and public domain RNASeq dataset.
