In the normal developmental pathway of natural killer (NK) cells, pre‐NK cells express CD161, immature NK CD161 and CD56, mature CD56 CD94. We evaluated the usefulness of low-dose helical computed tomography (CT) as a routine second step in patients screened for lung cancer with plain chest radiography (PCR).
