This paper proposes a novel high-bandwidth control scheme of piezo-actuated nanopositiong stages. Firstly, an integral resonant controller (IRC) is added into the standard PI as damping to reduce impact unmodeled dynamics and improve system ratio some extent. Then, inner input shaper (IS) feed-forward designed suppress vibration arising from poor performance IRC controller. Experimental results demonstrate that combining with (PI+IRC+IS) can bandwidth by 2.5 times more than PI+IRC 8 control.
