目前已有多个研究证实新型口服降糖药物钠-葡萄糖共转运体2(SGLT2)抑制剂可在安全降糖的基础上有效降低糖尿病患者因心力衰竭(心衰)住院以及心血管、全因死亡风险。最近发表的DAPA-HF研究结果显示,无论患者是否存在糖尿病,达格列净均可显著降低左心室射血分数<40%的慢性心衰患者心衰恶化及心血管死亡风险的复合终点。该研究结果使SGLT2抑制剂从降糖药物"跨界"到心衰治疗领域。该文就有关SGLT2抑制剂主要的临床研究的设计及结论进行了论述与比较,提出了SGLT2抑制剂可通过改善肾脏神经内分泌、降低肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统活性来降低心血管终点事件的假说,并对SGLT2抑制剂改善心血管病临床结局的其他可能机制进行了阐述。.
