We proposed and demonstrated Ag nanoparticles (NPs)-decorated ZnO photodetectors for UV light sensing. After decoration of their surface with random NPs, the dark current density decreases obviously. Moreover, device exhibits an obvious increase in peak responsivity at around 380 nm, which can be attributed to narrow-band quadrupole plasmon resonance NPs range. Meanwhile, other wavelengths a lot. As result, response becomes more significant, devices presents excellent wavelength selectivity...

The ability to adjust the absorption bandwidth of an optical absorber with high efficiency can facilitate development novel photonic and optoelectronic devices. In this work, based on temporal coupled-mode theory, we establish a connection between radiation engineering symmetry-broken quasi-BIC propose BIC-inspired strategy tailor light at critical coupling wide range functionality. Based this, manipulation broadband or narrow-band quasi-BIC-governed graphene perfect is realized,...

Lung cancer (LC) has the highest mortality rate among various diseases. Developing an early screening method for LC with high classification accuracy is essential. Herein, 2-hydrazinoquinoline (2-HQ) utilized as a dual-mode reactive matrix metabolic fingerprint analysis and via matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry (MALDI–MS). Metabolites in both positive mode negative can be detected using 2-HQ matrix, derivative of aldehyde ketone compounds achieved simultaneously....

Plasmonic nanostructures provide an excellent platform for tailoring the light-matter interaction, and have found applications ranging from perfect absorption to phase modulation. However, realizing narrowband plasmonic absorbers dynamical control of light response remains challenging, primarily due high intrinsic losses limited tunability metallic components. Here, a gain-coupled-bound state in continuum (BIC) strategy is proposed achieve absorber with tailored functionality. The bandwidth...
